Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Asyllum tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality team.

  Ship Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
